How to install Okta
Step 1 - Okta Download
Search for and download the free Okta Verify app to your mobile phone. This can be downloaded from the App Store (for iPhones) or Google Store (for Android phones).
Step 2 - Access All3 Portal
Visit the All3 Media Portal (http://okta.limepictures.com/) on your computer.
Step 3 - Login
Login using your company details / email address (the same login you use to access your computer / the company network).
Step 4 - Verification
You'll be presented with a QR code on-screen. Use the camera on your mobile phone to scan this. This will sync your company account to the OKTA app on your mobile.
Step 5 - Enter Okta Code
When prompted, enter an Okta Verify App code. (you'll need to have the app open for this). Tapping the code will copy it so you can paste as needed.
Step 6 - Additional Security
Set up additional security by selecting a security question and image. (this is required should you need to recover your account. Please note you don't need to set a password).
Other - Multifactor
If you are asked to set up Multifactor authentication, select ‘Configure factor’.
