Download the App:

Login to Your Account:
- Once the app is installed, open it on your mobile device.
- You'll be asked to enter your workspace name, which is: support.all3media.com
- You'll then be directed to log in using your Okta username and password

Navigate the Dashboard:
- Once logged in, you will be able to access the Freshservice dashboard from your mobile device.
- You can view and manage tickets, check the status of assets, and access the knowledge base.

Create and Manage Tickets:
- From the mobile app, you can create new tickets and track their progress.

Receive Push Notifications:
- The mobile app allows you to receive push notifications for ticket updates, ensuring that you stay informed about the status of your requests.
